200 jobs disappearing at Citi Group call centre

At least 200 jobs will soon vanish from downtown London with layoffs at the Citi Group office- another blow to a city that’s lost more than 500 jobs in the past month.

Citi Group Canada, anchor tenant for Citi Plaza, is laying off workers after selling off its core credit card business. It isn’t ruling out pulling out of the downtown mall that bears its name.
