CANI lays off five workers

Community Action of Northeast Indiana announced that it is laying off five workers. Each will get two weeks of severance pay.
The organization said the layoffs are part of the normal cycle of business.
This past March, CANI had to lay off several workers and cut several programs because a federal stimulus grant ran out.
