Fargo Automation lays off 20

Fargo-Moorhead has among the lowest unemployment rates in the nation, but the effects of the recession are still rippling through local businesses.

Due to a lack of sales, Fargo Automation laid off 20 employees Monday. The layoffs shrunk the company from 64 workers down to 44.

Fargo Automation is a sales-based company that sells packaging machines for pharmaceutical products.
