First Nations University cuts 46 jobs

“This will allow us to address our ongoing structural deficit and to align our expenses in keeping with our secured funding,” said interim president Shauneen Pete. “These changes are being accomplished prior to the school year starting in September.”
Pete anticipated that there will be no further staff cuts, but added that no one can predict the future.
