PUSD Approves 24 Staff Cuts

The Pleasanton Unified School District now has the authorization to layoff 24 full-time-equivalent classified positions.

The approval came with a 5-0 vote at Tuesday night’s board of trustees meeting.

Each position affected was funded by categorical funds, one-time donations or Individual Education Plan (IEP) claims, which are for students in special-education programs.
