Tickets.com to close Concord office, cut 125 jobs

Southern California-based Tickets.com announced its shutting its Concord office and cutting 125 jobs, as of May 15.

Most of those jobs were call center representatives. Their functions will now be done by a Texas firm’s software.

Tickets.com says it’ll help employees find new work through a job fair and connections to local services.
